Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return.

Video Proof Requirement (Mandatory)

  • To request a return, refund, or exchange, an unboxing video is mandatory.
  • The video must be clear, continuous, and without cuts, starting from the sealed package and showing the product clearly.
  • Requests without proper video proof will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and customized products
  • Sale or clearance items (if mentioned on product page)

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or manufacturing defects, subject to stock availability.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery along with valid video proof.

Damaged or Wrong Product

  • In case of damaged, defective, or wrong product delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with unboxing video proof.
