Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return.
Video Proof Requirement (Mandatory)
- To request a return, refund, or exchange, an unboxing video is mandatory.
- The video must be clear, continuous, and without cuts, starting from the sealed package and showing the product clearly.
- Requests without proper video proof will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange
- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or manufacturing defects, subject to stock availability.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery along with valid video proof.
Damaged or Wrong Product
